Age Requirement:
Customers visiting this web site must certify that they are 18 years or older before purchasing tobacco products from StogieBoys. Customers in the states of Alabama, Alaska, New Jersey and Utah must certify that they are at least 19 years or older before purchasing tobacco products. Anyone that does not meet these age requirements is prohibited from purchasing tobacco products from StogieBoys.
Ordering Products:
StogieBoys customers may conveniently purchase premium cigars and accessories from StogieBoys 24/7:

Once a customer order is received by StogieBoys, it is final and the customer is responsible for payment on the order. Customers may contact StogieBoys to attempt to cancel or adjust an order and, if the order has not already been processed, StogieBoys will make every effort to accommodate the customer request. However, StogieBoys is under no obligation to cancel or adjust the order.
Payment:
StogieBoys accepts the following forms of payment from customers when an order is placed:

Taxes:
6% Pennsylvania sales tax must be added to all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.
Applicable New York State sales tax must be added to all orders shipped to New York addresses.
Remittance of any sales taxes or tobacco related taxes on shipments made to destinations outside of the above states are the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser. StogieBoys is not responsible for collecting or remitting these taxes.
Some states levy tobacco excise taxes for tobacco products brought into the particular state. StogieBoys is not responsible for collecting and remitting these taxes on customer orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether these taxes apply to their order and it is the customer's responsibility to remit the tax to the applicable taxing authority.
Returns/Refunds:
Keeping our StogieBoys customers happy is our number one priority. We work hard to ensure that we provide the highest quality cigars, in very good condition, and we deliver them in a timely manner. Before every shipment is released it is inspected and double checked by our team for quality and accuracy. Returns Policy
Cigars and non-cigar merchandise may be returned to us within 15 days following the shipment date.
Cigars by the box or bundle if you try one cigar and return the remainder of the box or bundle, we will provide full merchandise credit. If you try more than one cigar, pro-rata merchandise credit is provided.
For cigar samplers, 5-packs, and non-cigar merchandise, the returned merchandise must be in new, unopened condition to receive merchandise credit. Please keep the original packaging and any related accessories and return them with the merchandise.
Credit for returned items may be provided via store credit, replacement, exchange or refund, at the discretion of StogieBoys. Credit will be provided by StogieBoys upon receipt of returned items in satisfactory condition.
Return Request Procedures:
Prior to returning any items to StogieBoys, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization.
You may easily and conveniently request a Return Authorization online by completing the following steps:
- Select My Account from the menu at the top of the Home page and sign-in to your personal, secure StogieBoys account
- Select View Order Status
- Select View Order Details for the order you would like to return and item from
- Select Return Item(s) from the menu to the right of the order details
- Complete the online request form to indicate the items you would like to return and then click the Submit Return Request button
Upon receipt of the return request, StogieBoys will promptly review the request and respond within 48 hours via email with an Authorization message. If the return request is authorized, instructions for returning the items to StogieBoys will be included in the message.
Do not return the products to us until you have received a written Authorization from StogieBoys with instructions for returning them to us. Include a copy of your return authorization in the box with your returned items.
NOTE: If you did not purchase the items using your StogieBoys account, but instead purchased them using our Guest Checkout feature, you will not be able to submit your return request online as described above. To request a Return Authorization, send an email to customerservice@stogieboys.com and provide us with details regarding your order and the reason for your return. We will respond via email with an Authorization message.
Failure to abide by the Terms of the Returns Policy and the Return Request procedures may result in denial of a return request, denial of return credit, or application of a 15% re-stocking fee.
Special Offers, Promotions and Deals:
StogieBoys frequently provides special offers, promotions and deals related to the products it sells. These offers are valid while supplies last, unless otherwise indicated in writing. StogieBoys reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or adjust the terms of any and all offers, promotions, and product deals.
Any discounts, deals, specials, promotions, and special offers cannot be combined on a single order transaction, unless otherwise indicated by StogieBoys in writing.

StogieBoys endeavors to provide competitive pricing on all of its products. StogieBoys reserves the right to change and adjust its product pricing at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.
