Shipping:
In-stock orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time on weekdays, or received on weekends, will be shipped the following business day.
International Orders - StogieBoys ships only within the continental U.S., Hawaii, Guam, puerto Rico, and to APO/FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to any other foreign addresses.
Lighters - Due to FAA regulations, lighters are shipped without butane fuel (empty).
Butane Fuel - Due to FAA regulations, butane fuel must be shipped via ground parcel services (USPS Priority Mail) only. Expedited shipping is not available.
Standard Shipping - our standard shipping method is UPS ground. If you use standard shipping, please allow 2-6 business days from the shipment date for your package to arrive. (see map below for UPS estimated shipping times from our warehouse)
Expedited shipping - expedited shipping methods are provided for additional fees (see standard shipping fee schedule below). According to UPS shipping policies, the first day counted towards the shipping days for expedited shipping will be the day after it is picked up by UPS. For example - if a package is ordered on Thursday evening with 2nd day air, it will be picked up by UPS Friday and delivered to its destination Tuesday (2 days after pick-up).
P.O. Boxes - shipments to PO Boxes are shipped Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping options are not available for these shipments. Insurance charges may be applied.
FPO/APO shipping - StogieBoys proudly ships to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to these addresses are Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping options are not available for these shipments.
Montana, Washington, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam - shipments to these destinations are shipped Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping options are not available for these shipments. Insurance charges may be applied.
Upgrade charges to Alaska and Hawaii are higher - add $12 for 2-day AIR and add $30 for Next Day. (see standard shipping fee schedule below)
Certain items, such as oversized merchandise, Cigar of the Month Clubs, and other shipments may require additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be noted on your checkout page before ordering.
All items are shipped Freight on Board (FOB) Pennsylvania. Title to, and ownership of, all goods passes from StogieBoys to the Purchaser at the warehouse in Pennsylvania, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment at that point. Risk of loss is on the Purchaser during transport and shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, StogieBoys is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, the Purchaser.
If an item you order is out-of-stock, it will be shipped to you immediately when it becomes available, at no additional charge.
StogieBoys cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) mistakes and delays or other delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
Shipment/Order Tracking:
After processing your order you will receive a confirmation email that will provide a summary of your completed order and the total amount of the order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email message with a shipment tracking number for UPS or Priority Mail shipments. PLEASE NOTE - if you choose to place your order via guest check-out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, however, it will not include the shipment tracking ID.
You may also login to your StogieBoys account in the �MyAccount� area 24/7 to access an up-to-date status of your order and track the UPS or Priority Mail shipping status using the associated tracking number.
