Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:

Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority. We work hard to ensure that we provide the highest quality products, in very good condition, and we deliver them in a timely manner. Before every shipment is released, it is inspected and double checked by our team for quality and accuracy. If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us.

Returns Policy:

Cigars and non-cigar merchandise may be returned to us within 15 days following the shipment date.

Cigars by the box or bundle if you try one cigar and return the remainder of the box or bundle, we will provide full merchandise credit. If you try more than one cigar, pro-rata merchandise credit is provided.

For cigar samplers, 5-packs, and non-cigar merchandise, the returned merchandise must be in new, unopened condition to receive merchandise credit. Please keep the original packaging and any related accessories and return them with the merchandise.

Credit for returned items may be provided via store credit, replacement, exchange or refund, at the discretion of StogieBoys. Credit will be provided by StogieBoys upon receipt of returned items in satisfactory condition.

Return Request Procedures:

Prior to returning any items to StogieBoys, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization.

You may easily and conveniently request a Return Authorization online by completing the following steps:

- Select My Account from the menu at the top of the Home page and sign-in to your personal, secure StogieBoys account - Select View Order Status - Select View Order Details for the order you would like to return and item from - Select Return Item(s) from the menu to the right of the order details - Complete the online request form to indicate the items you would like to return and then click the Submit Return Request button

Upon receipt of the return request, we will promptly review the request and respond within 48 hours via email with an Authorization message. If the return request is authorized, instructions for returning the items to us will be included in the message.

Do not return the products to us until you have received a written Authorization from StogieBoys with instructions for returning them to us. Include a copy of your return authorization in the box with your returned items.

NOTE: If you did not purchase the items using your customer account, but instead purchased them using our Guest Checkout feature, you will not be able to submit your return request online as described above. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us and provide details regarding your order and the reason for your return. We will respond via email with an Authorization message.

Failure to abide by the Terms of the Returns Policy and the Return Request procedures may result in denial of a return request, denial of return credit, or application of a 15% re-stocking fee.
